I received incredible service from the owner. Repairing my wife's watch was impossible in the two other jewelry stores in Promenades Saint-Bruno. The Monaco jewelry store was able to resolve my problem. I highly recommend it!

My worst experience!! One star because it's the minimum to give you my opinion; I would give negative stars if possible. : I brought them two watches; a Breitling Chronospace for a bracelet to repair and a battery to change. A Sector Shark Master for a complete overhaul and waterproofing. Conclusion: The Sector came back with the outer case, the plastic part, broken and categorical refusal to recognize their responsibility for the breakage. Surprisingly, we didn't notice anything during the drop-off!? On the other hand, on the return, the breakage was obvious, two beautiful cracks on either side of the buttons, as much for the manager of the shop as for me. Classic shop answer: It must have been broken before they opened it to fix it. I no longer dare to use my watch since it falls apart and especially not in water. the manager split the gift of taxes to compensate me. he seemed ashamed of the workshop's response but could not force them to repair my watch.Concerning the Breitling: it worked correctly for a few days then the same operating problems again. I have just received an estimate from Breitling Canada to whom I have decided to send my dear watch: almost $2000 for repairs: the mechanism to be changed and the crown seal!!So Monaco to flee for any repair on prestige brand watches. nothing beats ($$$) the manufacturer's workshops for this type of watch that you only buy once in your life...me at least!
