I purchased an item on sale on your website with the VIP 2024 customer offer. When I went to the store to exchange this item for another size, the employees informed me that they could not proceed with the the exchange without me paying the difference in the normal price. This is unacceptable and very ridiculous. Online customer service confirmed that you were at fault and they kindly honored the exchange as I was entitled to. I will never go to this store again

I bought a t-shirt at this store and it didn't came with the barcode tag on which usually all clothes have (It only had the brand tag on). The cashier still proceeded with the payment anyways and she didn't say anything.
After second thoughts, I returned the t-shirt to the store the next day and the cashier wouldn't let me do it ! She said since there is no tag, she can't proceed with the refund... Which I understand but it was sold to me this way, how would I know..
She said that I should of checked before buying it but I don't think it's the customer's job to check if their clothes have the proper tags with barcodes on them, etc.
In the end, she finally decided to proceed with the refund (maybe since it wasn't an expensive item).
I'm still putting 3 stars since I do love shopping there and have been for years now. It's just the customer service that needs to be improved..

I really like the service and products of this store. Sometimes they don't have the right size or color but it is possible to order it online. Always had a great experience at this place.

Terrible customer service…13 days ago I bought a sweater for a friend for $98 which unfortunately was not the right model. So I went to reimburse it and it was only once I arrived at the checkout that I was told that there was only a 10-day deadline for reimbursements. However, I had taken the time to ask when purchasing if it was refundable but at no time was the 10 day period mentioned. The cashiers told me that I was at fault because I didn't go read their return and exchange policy on their online site before going to make purchases in store (because obviously everyone Do it). I now have a gift card which is equivalent to the price of the sweater and which I don't know what to do with... Finally, I'm going to slowly start reading your policy (which is 6 pages long ?) before returning to your branch because you are strangely unable to mention the (extraordinarily short) refund time when a customer makes a purchase.

Malheureusement on ne m’a pas avisé que le onepiece que j’achetais 2 jours plus tôt était vente finale. Je me suis déplacée pour venir l’échanger (en ne sachant pas !). Lors du refus on m’a dit que c’était pourtant écrit lorsque je reçois la facture par courriel (après l’achat on s’entend!). J’aime la marque mais le service à la clientèle est souvent mauvais, dommage.
