Look at the photos and you will quickly understand what I am talking about in my message.Donald BanvilleSt-Raymond(Original)TRAVAIL MÉDIOCRE!!!Nous avons fait affaire avec Terrassement Portneuf en mai dernier (2021) pour des travaux d'excavation, de terrassement, pour la pose d'un muret ainsi que pour l'installation des bordures pour notre stationnement pour notre propriété située à St-Raymond. Quelle déception!!! De plus, un des employés qui a fait notre muret en était à sa première journée dans le domaine... Nous étions donc des cobayes. Le résultat final des travaux accomplis est directement lié aux compétences de cette compagnie.Rien n'a été fait selon les normes. Les bordures ont été placé sur un petit lit de poussière de pierre sans que le sol soit creusé au préalable. Elles sont déjà toutes croches. Même chose pour le muret qu'ils ont fait. Il y a de gros espaces entre les pierres, la coupe des pierres est croche et malpropre. Plusieurs joints entre les pierres du haut et celles du bas sont vis à vis l'un de l'autre. Le muret est croche et n'est pas au niveau. Pour finir, les joints de coulis entre les pierres du plancher sont tous inégaux et la coupe des pierres est croche et mal posée. Il y a même des joints à plus d'un pouce et d'autres à à peine un demi pouce.Ces travaux sont extrêmement décevants visuellement et sont loin d'être digne de rencontrer les normes d'une compagnie qui dit se spécialiser dans le domaine du terrassement et de l'aménagement.Je recommande fortement de NE PAS faire affaire avec cette compagnie si vous désirez un travail bien fait et professionnel.P.S.
