I'm a student and I was asked for a tiny piece of plexiglass for an art project in the materials department. An employee immediately came to see me and a second went to get me a scrap from the back of the store, instead of me buying a whole large sheet, it was super nice! But on top of that, when I found out I forgot my wallet, the first employee I spoke to gave me their change so I could pay directly at the cashier instead of going home to get money. 'money! I really had a good experience, and the previous times were also good experiences.

The staff is friendly and the manager stands out for his great kindness and availability. Although I live only 700 meters from the Chambly BMR, I prefer this store to make my purchases.

Pathetic service! Where are the managers in this store? Department staff almost impossible to find, answers to our questions impossible, queue of 20 people for a single checkout, forgotten call return on special order, parking too narrow for our vehicles. Everything to make the busy person angry!I gave it several chances but it doesn't get any better. So no one notices the bad customer experience in this store. Finished for me.

If you know what you want and don't have time to go to homedepot/Rona, that's ok. If you need help, it depends on who you run into.The customer service portion of a floor clerk's job is not understood in the same way by everyone. Very uneven service.

It really is a village hardware store. It's good for helping out when you're missing something urgent, but still... The prices are higher than elsewhere, but the most frustrating thing is that the choices are really limited in all departments. The employees are inexperienced and often nonchalant. I recommend the Home Dépôt at Les Promenades.
