I give no more than 1 star for the "service" and I am generous because we must give at least 1. We had our trailer purchased in St Appolinaire delivered, summer 2024, the sales director Francis Lemay did a great job during the sale, however upon arrival in Florida by the carrier, our air conditioning did not cool at all, the heat is unbearable inside, with 1 animal, we made 3 calls and 1 online request as specified to do and NOTHING, NO RETURN CALLS, THAT'S the customer service is not the Strength of Levesque in any case.

Very poor service. We purchased a new RV and just before its scheduled delivery, they discovered major leaks. Well, they will fix it but at the cost of spending our summer at home. We tried to contact the service manager and no return call. We went to see the damage. It's a new trailer and it shouldn't be in this condition. If we had to do it again, we would do business elsewhere. They are not the only dealers. They could offer us something else of equal value and without any infiltration problems. We remember that it is a new trailer. No more trust.

We bought a new motorhome and the service is absolutely rotten, it's been over a year since we had a shower handle, a generator, a defective decal at the time of delivery and a third appointment to be told today we do the same thing as the other 2 times we will make a diagnosis. During the 2 previous appointments they repaired a leaking shower and the sofa and my partner had to redo the repairs.
