“The saleswoman made a mistake with my choice of mattress and if I had not checked before making the deposit, I would not have gotten what I really needed and at a much higher price. Additionally, this person had to contact me on Monday to tell me if this mattress was available in an 80 inch length, which they never did. A delay of 2 weeks for delivery, I find it long. As for the delivery man, nice and very polite, congratulations!”
