I bought a freezer it was delivered to me by FedEx a delivery man to go up the stairs with a freezer I had to help him I am 65 years old woman and what's more I unpacked it 5 months ago (Damaged) and there it came to me offer $25 off or return it, or bring it back to the store it works well I will have to look for help, just to say that for me online shopping from Walmart is over, they are not reliable at all delivered well for you so be careful what you buy.

Horrible. They never have their clothes stocked
Shoes are always empty
Girl toddler/ baby clothes are always empty or don’t have sizes. They only have a large amount of pyjamas with feet.

I was somewhat disappointed by this Walmart located at Place Rosemère. First of all, parking, it drives in all directions, quite cowboy and sometimes certain vehicles are parked all wrong. In the store, it's quite topsy-turvy, it's lying around a lot. If it's not on special, it's sometimes quite expensive.

There is never anything on the grocery shelves, completely empty shelves. Probably the worst Walmart in the area, due for major renovations!

Very bad service!!!
Offers 24 hour service but after 24 hours still no news I had to call and, surprisingly no one answered, I called customer service in Canada who communicated with Place Rosemère.... And the answer was we are dsl we are out of stock to print your photos!!!
We will refund you if you are in a hurry in 4 business days!!! Anything!!
First and last time with Walmart!!!

According to Walmart Rosemere customer service, the indication not to smoke next to the bike racks and dining table is not valid! I tried to have a conversation with the service employee
customer but no wanted to listen to anything!

I no longer trust Walmart since my mother bought things there, the rest she left with and left the other things there because the employees said don't worry, Madam, we'll take them to you. deliver and unfortunately he never delivered it they told us that he will reimburse us but they didn't do it so I would like to never make a delivery to this (Walmart) but for purchases it's okay.

Worst customer service! I went to look for bin, look around for someone who can help but you can't find anyone to help. They might have been just hiding on the job then finally found someone who does not have an answer and just referred me to go to customer service. I went there and ask then just said no we don't have. Without even looking at the picture I have to show.

Walmart requires you to pay for cosmetics inside, however when going through the checkout to exit, the door rings. A lady comes to check each of the items, telling me that there is a lot of theft. There are plenty of other stores where after paying, the cashier demagnitizes the label so the door doesn't ring. Why can't a company as big as Walmart be able to do this? Customer service 0/5. This is the last time I shop here for cosmetics.

I went to the branch to buy a Lego advertised on the site at a better price than the competition. Arriving at the branch, the Lego is the same price as elsewhere. I tell myself that the price on the tablet must not have been adjusted. I scan in the price checker and a message tells me to ask for help from a clerk. The lady in the nearby section tells me that the price is indeed higher in store than on the internet but that if the product is sold and shipped by Walmart on the web page, an associate at the cash register can correct the price and match the one displayed. on the Internet. When I got to the checkout, I asked for help and was told: if you want the price online, you just have to order online. I had to mention to him that it was his responsibility to adjust the price as his colleague had mentioned. Clearly, this person didn't want to do their job. Hats off to the manager who intervened quickly, politely and confirmed that the price needed to be adjusted and even did it herself with a welcoming and warm approach. A big thank you to her.
