What a wonderful experience with Paolo on Tuesday. My phone busted and it was urgent. Paolo was efficient, kind and accommodating. Best service i have received in a very long time! Thank you!

Forgot to disconnect the tablet which I didn't want so I had to pay the fees, charged duplicate fees for my phone, didn't remove the protection fees which I said I didn't want. Really disappointed with my last experience. Luckily the telephone service is efficient...

If I could give 0 stars I would. They reduced the number of Gs in my contract for the same price without warning, never showed me the contract or had me sign it, just asked me to pay and put it in a bag.For them only the commission is important, I really don't recommend this place.
