Very disappointing after-sales service from the very arrogant manager. To make a long story short, I requested a price adjustment on a coat I had just purchased two days prior. But she told me that I absolutely needed the label after the coat, which I no longer had. That's why I told her it was wrong because I hadn't seen her anymore that I liked. That's when she told me that she was already busy and taking the time to do it LOL. So I have a question for her: why, when we issue a refund or a price adjustment, does it feel like we're taking money straight out of your pocket?
