they put a snowblower for sale online at a $600 discount. I was lucky enough to buy the last one. The next day, they called me to tell me that "the snowblower is defective, we cannot sell it". Even though they have the same model in stock, they refused to replace it for me. They say it's an inventory error and we will reimburse you for what we could do for you.
Really, it's a bad experience, they are not correct, it's unprofessional.

Whoa! I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because I found what I was looking for and a clerk helped me get it done.
I needed a new toilet seat and I went there on the evening of October 24, 2024. Arriving at the dedicated section I asked for help from the young clerk who seemed distracted, cold and no longer busy put away price tags. Finally he accompanied me but didn't seem to know about bathroom/toilet products. I sought help from another, also young, and had the same result, except that when I asked him to take me to someone who could give me proper information, he told me that it was not possible. his section and to see another clerk in the store. Tired of the situation, I hooked up with a gentleman in his 40s/50s, busy tidying up his department. Maxime, his name is! He was friendly and listened to me regarding the toilet room and my 2 bad experiences. He offered to help me find what I was looking for.
To RONA directors: provide a minimum of training to young people and congratulate employees like Maxime for his kindness and professionalism!

To the gentleman at the hardware store who helped us with my wheelchair, we give him a 10/10 for personalized service. Great customer support. Find the right screw among so many others. A big thank you from the two little 24 year olds!

I've been going to Reno-Depot for a long time because it's the closest place to my house.
In recent years the choice, quantities and service have deteriorated.
I was purchased a good amount of wood today.
The quality was terrible. I disposed of half the package on the spot. Believe me, it wasn't very difficult.
In the stirrup sections there was a lot of product missing and/or poorly labeled.
I always end up going to Home Depot to finish my shopping list.
You have a serious challenge to give. I haven't even mentioned your lack of price competitiveness.

My dad ordered a fridge and stove from Reno depot in Rosemere They didn't have it in stock so he had to wait a month without a fridge and stove. July was a very hot month. He was using a cooler and I gave him my mini fridge to use during the month. The delivery date was set for today August 10th, 2024. They came and delivered the stove but the fridge couldn't fit through the front door. My dad told them wait 5 mins and I will take out the hinges. They had the odassity to say no we don't have time we have a lot of deliveries to do and they took back the fridge and left. My dad is 70 years old. He paid for the fridge and they took it back, because they didn't want to do their job wait and bring inside the fridge. We called the receptionist and explained what happened. She got in contact with the delivery drivers and they said my dad refused the fridge. WHY would he refuse the fridge after waiting a month without one and it was already paid for??? Now they do not know when they can deliver the fridge. Horrible service and delivery service. I would not recommend buying anything to get delivered from Reno depot. If you can't do your job then go find another one. We pay delivery fees for a reason. And the customer service that you give people and how you treat people is disgusting, especially the older people. The worst company ever!!!
Now with a new update the delivery guys lied and took pictures saying that the fridge couldn't fit through the door but the stove that was the same size fit. How?? They didn't even try to push it through the door. Now they gave me another delivery date Wednesday August 14th 4 days later. They should fire those delivery guys there useless!

Good products but poor service. The employees at the checkout seemed unhappy and without any consideration for the consumer. Really unpleasant experience shopping here. There is more life at the Home Dépot in Boisbriand!

The employees of this place are all without exception ultra competent and helpful! They guided me in my purchases based on the renovations I had to do and I felt very confident. I had to make a return and an exchange and it posed no problem.
