I tried to leave a negative review on their website, the negative reviews are not even published so we only see the positive ones even though they are not really 5 star products. I ordered online & live in BC. The jewelry is beautiful! Such a great alternative to paying prices of precious metals but is still hypoallergenic. Customer service is amazing. Returns/exchanges are easy. I also got a 50% discount for my birthday! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
