Excellent service with Daniel Leduc. He sold me a mattress when he was on rue Fleury, I loved this mattress so much that 20 years later, even though it was returned to Rosemere, I went to get advice and bought my new mattress!

I hated my experience. As soon as you entered the store, you could sense the judgment of the presenting advisor. She judged us on everything, our budget, the fact that we bought a bed base online, that we didn't like a certain mattress, etc. A good condescending tone to each of his questions/answers. I really don't recommend this store unfortunately.

They are lucky that 1 star is the minimum, absolutely catastrophic service, zero listening to our needs when we said we had a budget of $3000 for a mattress we were told it was impossible to find that and that we were wasting his time when he had no one in the store, we stayed a maximum of 15 minutes at the base we came to buy but the condescending comments and the judgment of the advisor made us turn back on our purchasing plan.
