Just walked out of the store after spending 5 minutes looking at winter shoes and bootsManager up front with an employee doing stuff.An employee next to me dusting the shelves.Not a helloNo approach to whether I need!?!?I vegetate to fix a display 5 feet from the saleswoman hoping for a request for help from her. NOTHING ?Fairly ordinaryI am myself in customer service (car sales) which means that I can be very tolerant on certain points. But not even welcoming a customer without any contact in 5 minutes is unacceptable.I'm going to go help the economy of another trade.Then we wonder why Amazon is so popular.I needed clean shoes and winter boots.Damage!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The saleswoman looked down on me, she didn't take my requests seriously and 15 minutes passed before anyone served me at the very beginning. Exceedingly disappointing.

should change the delivery company they do business with (boxknight), delivery guy says no one home when someone was and lights on. after contacting the service, I am assured that the driver will come back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver marks the package as delivered, even though it is false. he sends me a message to tell me that he has finished his shift. I intend to cancel my order and pick up in another store
