Purchased a watch for my partner (250$), the watch was all scratched. During the exchange, the lady told him that it wasn't big scratches and that it wasn't serious. Ik made the exchange and she told him that if she changed the battery (which was dead) she might scratch it again. So she gave him a separate battery so he could change it himself.
