Terrible, customer service at Bentley luggages in Place Rosemere (post purchase);We bought two Samsonite luggages two weeks ago; we were told then that there was a 10 year warranty (no exclusions were mentioned by the store rep); one of the luggage did not last the trip as one of the wheel fell off; it is not possible to confirmed exactly where this happened as it was noticed upon arrival at the first hotel (after taking two separate flights); right upon return from the trip, we brought the luggage back to the store for assistance; the person who was there was arrogant, no customer service values demonstrated and basically told us they could not do anything; we had to deal with the issue on our own and contact the airlines (however, the issue which could be a defect, or other);We will never go back there (nor any Bentley store) and certainly not recommend that storeVery disappointed

My only downside: I mentioned that it was my first flight. I was not warned that if I filled up the suitcase chosen especially for cabin baggage, it would not pass (too large volume). I didn't like the surprise at the airport.
