While traveling between Ottawa and New Brunswick I had a flat tire and had to stop at Rivière du Loup for the night. During the evening I did a search and the Denis Pelletier garage came up with good comments. The next morning I went there and they repaired my tires before their customers who had appointments. Only one conclusion comes to mind: the customer service is second to none and the quality of the work that was done was impeccable and courteous.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! After our vehicle broke down on a Friday evening, the tow truck brought us to this garage. Not being from the area we thought our weekend was ruined. We were sure we wouldn't be able to find an open garage on a Friday evening. When we arrived there, we were taken care of by a courteous and warm mechanic. 1.5 hours later we were back on the road and able to enjoy our weekend. In short, we recommend without hesitation and thank you again!

Broke down on my way back to Nova Scotia. Only shop open on a Saturday. 8-12 pm. Had me up and on my way in no time. Great friendly service. Thanks.

On September 12, 2023, I was in Prince Edward Island. My motorhome's engine was misfiring intermittently. I wrote an email to the Pro-Alignement Lavoie garage, in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac, to request an appointment for the day after if possible, i.e. September 14, and I called the garage. An employee answered me and informed me that the owner Claude Lavoie was absent but that he would call me back. It was 4:00 p.m. We decided to leave Prince Edward Island immediately to get closer to Quebec more quickly. The next morning, when we were in Edmundston, NB. Claude Lavoie calls me to tell me that he has no availability this week but that he called a competent friend and CAA member in Rivière du Loup who is ready to see me the same day at 2 p.m. He told me says he will call his friend back to confirm the appointment.I went to Garage Station Denis Pelletier, located at 69 Amherst in Rivière du Loup. The mechanic entered my vehicle into the garage at 2 p.m. and carried out the analysis and diagnosis. He carried out the repair and took the time to explain to me the problem and the repair using his computer. He gave me the part which was changed. My vehicle has been fine since then.I have been going to my mechanic in my town for a month and the problem always came back after a few days.I recommend Garage Station Denis Pelletier to tourists passing through the region who are looking for a competent mechanic and exceptional service. This is a family business with father, mother, daughter and sons working there. We were received by the owner's daughter in a very courteous and kind manner. I was even offered a courtesy car while waiting for my vehicle to be ready.Service: Electrical repair

Had a fantastic experience here, August 2023. Was driving late one evening and got a flat tire. Called to see if we could bring it in first thing the next day. We arrived when it opened and they fixed it up quickly and we were on our way. A quick and easy stop in RDL with a fantastic experience repairing our tire. Un gros merci!Service: Tires
