Worst experience ever on every level.
We were referred by our insurer to repair a minor breakage on our vehicle, but while carrying out the work, the bodyworker seriously damaged the roof. A major damage that cost us dearly... several thousand dollars for the repair, a large CARFAX, 2 months without a vehicle, missed work hours and several unsuccessful discussions...
We even noticed that the first repairs were botched and that the estimator came by several times to re-evaluate the damage.
Customer service is lousy to catastrophic.
