Disappointment following the purchase of a product with a broken lid.I go to the counter the next day with the invoice so that I can be given a new product.Categorical refusal due to covid..They wanted to make me pay again for the same product...Aberrant and abusive......A pharmacy manager demanded that I pay for the second bottle rather than give it to me..I paid for it the day before...I was even referred to the Jean Group....Well done to these people...There you go... everything is an excuse to get rich on the backs of customers
