Thursday February 23, 2023 around 7:40 p.m.I head to the NNC Solutions store. For a question regarding my contracts.As soon as I asked my question, I was immediately taunted by the man and the young woman who were present at the time.Even when I left I could hear them laughing at me loud enough that it echoed in the intersection. Which I found quite deplorable.In complete transparency, I really find that the service I received does not even come close to matching their high salaries.Let's just say I've already had better service at Dollarama.I sincerely and IMPERATIVELY ask the NNC Solution team to find a solution.Brief. THANKS

Passive/aggressive after-sales service.Arrogant and unsmiling staff who do not admit their mistakes in front of their superior.I have never had such poor customer service for a product that the saleswoman told us guaranteed for 2 weeks without adding notes to our file.Big lack of organization for the reseller of a multinational.

Refuse to sell me the phone I wanted for the reason of "my condition" due to the amputation of 4 fingers and supposedly too "difficult for me. Damn the damn I have been using smartphones since my released from detention in 2013 and with a screen protector and a good case never a screen has broken. The S20 falls and shatters. $450! * approximately at EconoOrdure, my phone came back to me with distortions in the screen, bad glue heated and we pulled it from the x, the case was all scratched. The battery in contact with a deformed shell exploded in my hands, like any good incendiary Samsung basically. I have my Pixel 5 and I no longer have this real piece of porcelain which is worthless on the hardware side. I will not be refused the protective screen or I will go and I finish my part of the shared contract, I pay the Samsung and the service which is real rottenness, it's still being considered if I don't ask my lawyer about possible recourses to refuse to sell me the phone I wanted "due to my condition". In other words, refusing a service due to a disability and refusing me the protective screen, no compensation, attack on my integrity... See you soon and by the way suddenly my phone burst paid for I sign with Bell, I change all the networks of home and I'm going to talk about it everywhere, social networks and co., it's freedom of expression to have the right to tell my story. And screenshots made because someone is going to delete my public opinion I copy the link and we will see.
