We were 3 different customers who visited at 4:15 p.m. There was no person at the kiosk, even though the opening hours were clearly indicated (closing at 5 p.m. on Saturday). We waited until 5 p.m. We called the number provided and still no service.So I called the Cogeco number in Montreal and the service was terrible.Really negative experience!

2 times cogeco cut us off by mistake we planned to move in February but we understood January and this morning also by mistake in short quite ordinary as a company, we spent hours to restore the service and unable to apologize for their error bye bye cogeco let's go with telusTelephone host business a big zero for a company I do not recommend -5 * again and again problems, waste of time with the waiting service on the phone, I send emails and do not receive them I have plenty of them.. .

Waited almost 2 weeks for a technician to install a new decoder. No technician available for 4 days. Wait for the tech's call 30 minutes before to come through. Never call. Call back and make a new appointment 5 days later and it doesn't happen. Supposedly it's for the next day. But don't worry, we will credit you $8 for days without service. Wow great service.

I closed my son's internet account. I returned the modem according to their instructions. But the withdrawals are constantly being made in my account and... guess... Impossible to talk to them... and when we succeed, the residence of the cégep, it is not residential, it is not commercial, it's multi-housing with a special phone number that I took care to write down in the past, but which no longer works... GRRRRR!
