Very poorly served, arogant pump attendant ill-mannered and ill-tempered doesn't like her job in a bad mood she complains that she's cold it's - 1 celcius and sunny il. yell at me because I was waiting behind the other vehicle for her made mesign to turn around I didn't dare to go around so that the other vehicle would not forget to back up (prepose Genie!!!

Impeccable service from most employees. However, management leaves something to be desired when a customer is dissatisfied with the service.After informing the manager of the establishment of the aggressive behavior of an employee, she made no attempt to remedy the problem. Worse still, the lady comes to ask me if I have a "problem" when I check my oil levels after adding fuel. She tells me that my boss has a garage for me to do my interviews and that she wants customers to leave quickly after paying!The company I work for therefore decided to go elsewhere in order to obtain quality service. It's a shame because we are a local SME which encourages smaller businesses in order to contribute to their survival... We tried to communicate in a polite way but Shell makes its own choices eh! Damage.
