Very good service. We had to make a round trip to Toronto and the manager/owner made us very welcome!He helped us find the vehicle we needed, while taking his time to inform us of the rental conditions.He is respectful, professional and knows his duties very well. We had to rent a car today and he was again very helpful!I highly recommend this place, because I find that the Enterprise Rent a Car branch offers the best service so far! (I have been to other branches in the past.)

Parked truck at a truck stop and this guy came to pick me up for a car rental. Good clean car, quick paperwork,. No beating around the bush, in and out in no time.Update. No issues returning car. Few days later I see another charge on my cc - no explanation why. No calls, emails, invoices.. nothing. Just money gone.

The best service received from any car rental place. What a great guy Mark is. Very courteous and polite. He even opened his office after hours to help me getting a rental car. Charged me very reasonable for the car and upgrade vehicle without any charges. I would strongly recommend to rent from this location.

We rented a cube van in Rigaud, QC from the Discount Car & Truck Rental when my Moms truck tire blew off. We were in the process of Moving to NB so we needed something to transfer the things out of the back of our truck to. Luckily we found them to be open, we went and picked up a cube van thinking it would be easy to add my mother as a licensed driver once we got to NB so she could drive the truck back as we were not going back, however that proved to be impossible. We spoke with Callie at Enterprise in NB she was extremely helpful and they tried their best to get us some assistance with the Discount in QC, they called there managers but unfortunately the Branch Manager in QC was being completely unreasonable. Now my husband has to drive 11 hrs to Rigaud and then drive another 11 hours back instead of just being able to add my mom to the agreement. Unfortunately, we would have had her on originally however she was stuck on the side of the highway waiting for roadside assistance and the location closed in less than an hour. So we had to get the truck before they closed. Should work on your customer service do not recommend this location to anyone!!!

Convenient and great service! Good price, good location, good service! Van was clean, fairly new, worked well. Advice on usage was helpful, and accommodating our weekend needs, very understanding.
