“I had my door lock repaired. The gentleman on the phone said they couldn’t get part till day after and said he would give me a courtesy car for free. Nice, I thought!Picked car up 2 in afternoon and returned next day at 1 in afternoon. I was charged for 2 days courtesy car and my lock wasn’t fixed properly.After I contacted Linda and her crew they quickly rectified the situation.A small phone call and the garage reprogrammed my lock and realized the courtesy car was a misunderstanding and I was reimbursed.Job well doneThank you”
