Good evening, please focus your customer service, I just called to inquire about a delivery and the lady on the phone said “listen to Mr. me today I don’t need your charlin”
The call took place at 4:37 a.m.
We just don't have to be rude to customers knowing that if you have the recordings of the calls you could see that I had said absolutely nothing except trying to obtain information on a UPS delivery man who rang by the time I got off I can't even find it anymore

First experience with UPS Store. Unfortunately, disappointed with the service received caused by bad information obtained the day before by telephone, and yet I was very specific about my needs. On site, the price mentioned the day before was no longer the same and we are talking about double. The guarantee of delivering my package in 24 hours is ultimately no longer the case, in any case not guaranteed contrary to what I was told less than 24 hours earlier. By mentioning my dissatisfaction with all this bad information, the person responsible no longer wants to take care of my package, mentioning that he prefers not to take care of it, fearing a complaint if I am not satisfied with the delivery time. To err is human, but there is a way to accept error and an attitude to adopt when errors occur. Despite the lack of time, I had to deal with another delivery company.
