Not very good customer service, the only employee who made sense in the last 3 days was Geneviève, she was respectful. Too bad I didn't see her anymore! She did her job well! A manager who always looks stupid!!

14-12-23 at 10:30 a.m.Since the car wash sometimes breaks down, I take the trouble to ask beforehand if everything is working.A lady answered me “yes” with a condescending air as if my question was irrelevant.I pay for my gas and laundry in advance.I put the gas in and I get to the car wash and nothing works even though the OPEN sign is in evidence. I press the intercom and the same lady replies, "It's not working today."I go back inside, no excuses, she refunds me in cash even though the purchase was made with a company credit card (that's going to get me in trouble) and when I ask "is there a washing machine?" car nearby” she answers “no”.As I leave I see one right in front.Well done ma’am!

Tuesday September 29, 2020 5:30 p.m., this is the stupidest employee I have seen.I ask her if it's possible to withdraw $100 on top of the stock I'm buying and she tells me no, it's the stupidest area you'll ever see! So just like his stupid appearance I leave a bad memory here...
