J’ai été m’acheter un air climatisé hier et j’ai eu un excellent service de tout le monde. Le monsieur au point de service est vraiment gentil et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Les caissières sont très souriantes et gentilles. Et le garçon qui est venu me porter l’air climatisé dans l’auto était sympathique! Je vais retourner faire mes achats là-bas c’est sûr et certain !

Je travaillais comme caissière et un client m’a pris en photo. Il disait qu’il aimait garder le visage des gens sur son téléphone. J’ai catégoriquement mentionné à quel point c’était inadmissible. Il est parti en courant. Le service à la clientèle est une bataille psychologique plus qu’un simple boulot… ce n’est que la surface de l’iceberg.
