I strongly advise you not to go to the Best Buy Galeries rive nord. The manager is not nice, he is exposed to solving customer problems. I wanted to return an item purchased online, but he told me to go to the Best Buy Mascouche. When I went to the Best Buy Mascouche they told me that you can return any item purchased online to any store.
If you don't know how to make the return or you don't like your job, it's not the customers' fault. Don't tell customers lies and don't waste customers' time. 0 stars to your service and to the manager.

Very good service! I am very happy with the atmosphere of the employees especially him Yoan and followed by Andy. I liked their attention and kindness to the customer. I went to the store for a phone case for my girlfriend and I came out with 2 new phones (1 for me and 1 for my girlfriend). Very good service, nothing to say! Very good experience!!

They take good care of the client. Yoan actually called me to know when is a best time to come by. He gave me all the details needed. Also,I needed accessoires for my new phone. He didn't have them,he referred me to the store next door. Very nice of him.
I recommend anyone to this shop for great purchase experience!

Change cell phone on a Thursday he tells me that if the price changes by the end of the week that I was going to get the best price and it was going to do it automatically and it's bullshit very disappointed
