I would like to share my exceptional experience with this Familiprix. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team took the time to listen to my needs and Pharmacist Hugo Joly was able to advise me perfectly.

Is it normal to feel like you're bothering us as a customer? I go to the pharmacy, I stand at the reception, the lady at the counter tells me "one moment" so far there is no problem. After a few minutes of waiting, the lady stays in front of her computer screen and asks me what she can do for me. Throughout the consultation the lady stays with her eyes in front of her computer... she speaks in a very basic voice. I asked her 3 times to repeat because I couldn't hear anything she was saying to me. Already there is a window separating us, the lady is still in front of her computer.... she answers me in a manner to make me understand that I am disturbing... I end up going to the consultation to see the pharmacist.... I wait several minutes I decide to leave because I find that it is becoming ridiculous and it is at that moment that the pharmacist finally decides to see me!! Even though he had seen me from the beginning and there were no customers other than me. You should know that it was in the morning on a weekday and there was no one there. Customer service became a disaster!!!

Do not show up at this location for a stret test!
They charge you $25 for a consultation without taking the test! For which you do not have the criteria..
Knowing the pharmacy near me...it's the pharmacist who asks you the questions to ensure that the criteria are met before seeing the nurse!
I'm still waiting for this pharmacy to return for an explanation!!!

The pharmacist Hugo and the pharmacist Nathalie, like all the other pharmacists in this place, are pleasant, professional, informed and have great concern for the customer. All employees, including pharmacists, are smiling and welcoming. Well done team! As far as I'm concerned, it's the best pharmacy I've ever been to.

Super friendly and smiling cosmetics employee, anti-clockwise store experience (entrance on the left and checkout on the right). Parking is very busy at this location, be patient. I will go back there.
