It's been a long time since I received such poor service. One might wonder if jewelry repair is a necessary evil for the business, or if one must be a regular customer to expect good service.The lady at the front desk was both arrogant and pretentious, which made our interactions unpleasant. My questions seemed to bother her, and I was met with a defensive monologue when I simply asked if they had a website to view their jewelry selection. Unfortunately, she did not take this opportunity to ask me to see the jewelry on site.I was also surprised when collecting my jewelry, when I was informed that the only method of payment accepted was cash, information that had not been communicated to me beforehand. Since payment options were limited to cash, I had to go to the ATM before returning.
