I've lived in the area for 10 years and I've never had anything negative to say to them, but here we are in 2023 and the closing hours are still the same as during curfew. At one point, you are one of the biggest beer sellers in the region and you close 3 hours before the maximum time to buy alcohol. I work evenings and I stop every evening for my little daily errands. And please let me go with the "lack of staff" excuse because I know full well that some of your cashiers would like to have more hours. You think about your pockets while forgetting your customers.

My partner, I and our 14 year old daughter went to Chamar to offer two magazines to choose from for her birthday, the aim of which is to buy the items and then subscribe for a year. While waiting for the choice of our daughter, who already had one chosen under her arm and was continuing her research, my partner and I were trying to find reading material for our three other daughters aged 16, 13 and 12. Yes, we were there for probably 15 or 20 minutes… maybe even more… as seen on their camera…A dark-haired lady from the other end of the store addressed me like a parent to a very, too turbulent child with an absolutely disrespectful tone and attitude, ordering me to leave the premises since according to her words, I blocked the checkout line (NOBODY was in line) and only read ten pages (I was trying to judge the language and relevance of the reviews, and to judge, you have to at least read a paragraph in my humble opinion and no, I have never read even a complete page)The blonde cashier, with a clearly very hot temperament, joined in by adopting an unacceptable attitude both through her over-exaggerated and provocative facial expressions, as if our quiet and educated little family deserved treatment worthy of bad TV -low level reality.She named herself, proud fighter in a useless war against customers who neither asked nor had the opportunity to explain why we were loitering in the store like this. Being a high school teacher, I would have understood (not excused) that these women reacted this way in the middle of a dinner rush, surrounded by 100 teenagers in the store loitering... but to attack customers like this for no apparent reason or even us asking if we intend to buy is unacceptable. They could have warned us politely, with respect, keeping in mind that customers are there to buy, normally, from what I know!I hope owners will read this comment and make sure to follow up. If these ladies work too many hours, take over and if necessary, take time off work to take care of themselvesSo this is itWe handed over the chosen magazines and left like thieves, without buying anything, with the feeling of having been gratuitously and needlessly verbally attacked.Phrase of the day “you don’t need to read 10 pages to choose a magazine! »I swear to God that I have never read even a full page.

Very poor service compared to EXO titles.I was trying to see the best combination for my trip from Repentigny to Montreal with the locker, but unfortunately a young lady intervened unkindly and said to me: Sir, we are not EXO! I couldn't believe this nastiness! Of course, Chamard is not EXO, but you sell EXO products, and when we sell EXO products, we must control the product and not just put money in the till!!!
