Last week I did business with this moving company. I am more than satisfied, the service from start to finish was perfect. Such a pleasant team moving in a good mood that could not ask for more. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much to the whole team.

The company is impossible to reach, emergency or not, no one answers. I was less than 24 hours away from my move and still no news from the company. I tried to call half twenty times, plus an email with no return. I had to go to the office where there was no one but the kind neighbor called the owner to finally get some news. However, they make up for it on the moving service. The 2 gentlemen were great, invested and polite. They moved my entire house, everything was well protected and nothing broke. Terrible customer service, there is no one at reception to answer, but excellent move.

The 3 young people who came lacked class and professionalism. I am aware that the day can be exhausting and that moving other people's belongings is not very pleasant. On the other hand, this is the job they decided to do. They even took the time to drive around and smoke a joint in the middle of the move. After that it became nonsense.Very disappointing company. Surely not everyone is like that in society. However, the impression they leave gives a bitter taste. For a moving company, I expected people to be more responsive and with a minimum of good manners.

WOW May 3, 2022 really satisfied with having chosen these movers. The furniture was big and they did it really professionally. No breakage ????? we had team number 1. Thank you and I will refer them without hesitation. They cover all the furniture in the truck and they tie it down. ?

We have used this company at least 7 times and always had a very good service. They were only late once because the first customer before us took a little longer.Sammy and his staff were very professional and handled all our furniture with care. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company !

Truck must arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. No news, no way to reach the company, they called me at 2:40 p.m. telling me that he was late, well yes toé, as if I didn't know. Another mover came to my rescue for half the price because Bernier Déménagement charges a fixed price per quote. Moral of the story you pay by the hour and you forget Bernier Déménagement ?

Good morning,Before calling these movers, please read this review and then judge for yourself.I did business with them Friday March 12, 2021 for my move. They arrived a little early but so far so good.When they arrived, the guys smelled like POT. There were 2 young people in their 20s and another older one. My initial order was to move the large items in the house, appliances, beds, bedrooms plus bikes in the shed, snowblower, lawn mowers etc. and a maximum of 20 cardboard boxes. Anyway, see the attached photo.I was moving 2km away and I wanted to transport my electronic stuff myself (Computers, TV, musical instruments etc.)My computer was disassembled and in a corner of the office on the floor since I had my desk on which it was transported. I took care to transport my screen and the rest of the computer myself in my car where it was completely padded with several large bed blankets and solidified so as not to move. Once at my new home, I placed everything in a corner of my room where it would not be touched and reachable.I then continued my move, made 30 car trips between the two houses because they hadn't taken everything. The shed was not emptied (see photo) and Saturday evening when I plugged in my computer, surprise... my new 8 month old screen was broken. With all the precautions I took (I work in IT myself) when I opened the screen it was finished (see photo).I am certain that the screen was hung by a piece of furniture that they transported and it is either by accident or that they did not say it and that since I transported it myself screen, they wash their hands of it and do not want to pay. As I mentioned, the screen was well padded in my car and solidified so as not to move but that's not what they say.Also, I have a prototype simulator that I want to market one day that was broken (see photo). Everything being fragile, it was only placed among everything without protection.If you ask me, this company does the minimum of what is on the list by threatening that if we add things there will be extra, it washes its hands that you want to transport your fragile things and if their employees damage to your home, well it's up to you to prove that they did the damage, employees who smell like pot and what's more don't wear masks for covid....It's up to you to decide now what you want, but in my opinion, there are much better options elsewhere. My personal insurance will now have to cover for my broken screen..... thank you Bernier Déménagement.... thank you!!!(UPDATE MARCH 30, 2021: It's curious but despite asking me for photos of the material damage, since the publication of this notice a few weeks ago, they still have not contacted me. I I think we're dealing with big equals on top of that. My opinion won't change until this is resolved.)(UPDATE MAY 5, 2021): Still no call from them for said compensation for the breakdown of my simulator. I have the documents for the formal notice in hand, maybe they will need that to call me, you never know.Services: Local moving
