No service, I couldn't find an employee in the ENTIRE store. I finally found a person who directed me to the item I wanted. The person commented that understaffing was a problem. It should have taken me 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes.

Today 2024/10/13, I bought (on their site) tires for my car which had a good discount. So I decide to have them installed by them... BIG mistake, it takes 3 hours in the garage to change 4 tires. However, it's not rocket science to remove 4 tires from the mags and put 4 tires back on them. I wonder why, disappointment after disappointment, I keep coming here.
From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. I don't know what he did but one of the attendants came to see me saying that he was having trouble with a tire that wasn't sticking. From what I understood.
From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. dinner time.
1pm to 2pm, finally he got the job done.
The answer I got, the mechanic had an emergency and had to go do something else and she told me that she could have taken the car out then given me another appointment to change the tires and that it They are the only ones who are open on Sunday to do the work.
I would have preferred that they go out and go somewhere else. $114 to change 4 tires, lucky they didn't charge on time.
In addition, they disabled my remote starter and did not reactivate it, to change tires on it???? Serious!
Two years ago:
Don't buy there online, inventory never good, I've ordered a few times now and I have to cancel because they don't have the item in stock. It's frustrating to wait for something and never receive it.
They don't understand what's going on, ah it's in the next order, we're still waiting for it. Lots of reasons that they don't know why they don't have it.
The last time I ordered, after a month with no news, ah! I don’t understand what’s going on, blah blah blah….
Nothing to do, lousy internet service.

I went to the auto center to check for potential problems that my vehicle might have and I came out with an estimate of $3,000 and a bill for $300 for the estimate. I then went to my mechanic friend for a second opinion and 3/4 of what was said was false. You said the radiator was leaking. It is in perfect condition. This is just the beginning. I have a 5 page document with imaginary problems! I advise going anywhere else because as long as you're getting hit, it's better to encourage local mechanics.

Last Thursday, September 25 around 8:15 p.m. I went to buy a bookcase. The store's inventory indicated a quantity of 5, but the item was not found on the shelves. The young lady spent a good 30 minutes in the warehouse and brought it to me at the front checkouts. Even the operations director, Mr. Yvon Jacob, came to lend a hand. Finally, a young man helped me bring the item to the car. I had great service even 15 minutes from closing. Thanks to Mr. Jacob and his team.
