Le service s'est littéralement dégradé aux prescriptions. Ça prend toujours une éternité pour me faire répondre à la caisse du laboratoire, d'autant plus que ça arrive fréquemment que les prescriptions de ma tante ne soient pas prêtes alors que j'ai appelé au moins 3 à 4 heures d'avance. Dans les derniers mois, chaque fois que je suis passée, j'avais réellement l'impression de les déranger!!!C'est dommage car l'esprit de petite pharmacie de quartier n'y est plus!!!
