I recently went to the Urban Planet des Galeries de la Capitale with friends and one of my friends bought a coat with a poster above the rack that indicated a 20% discount. When we got to the counter to pay we were served by Anna who charged us full price. When we told her that there was a discount on the item, she replied “that could be” and nothing more. So we asked her if she was going to do something and she told us that we had to buy two to get the discount. A friend of mine went back to see if this was the case and came back with a photo that only showed the discount with no information saying you had to buy two. Afterwards, Anna spoke to us in an extremely stupid tone for an employee who was supposed to help us and told us that we had to get back in line so that we could explain ourselves. We didn't want to let it happen so we waited in line for a good 10 minutes so we could get the discount that was due to us. The employee in question no longer looked us in the eye and ignored us when it was our turn to be answered. Finally, another employee responded to us and improved our experience by giving us the discount that was actually due for this coat. We would have liked to have had a better experience than this because we weren't asking for anything very big just what was indicated and what came back to us. Urban it would be important to hire employees who know how to act in a mature manner when situations like this arise. THANKS.

Very beautiful clothes, but the checkout service was excessively long probably because of the labor shortage!!

There are plenty of clothing choices, but it takes way too long to pay. Of the 3 times we went there, it took us 15 to 30 minutes to pay even though there were only 2 people in front of us.

Terrible service.. I stepped on an anti-theft pin that was lying on the ground, when I brought it back to the employee, she didn't even apologize, I waited a long time for the cabins because there were no had no one and it was barred. I had to go all over the store to find someone. I needed another size, there were 2 employees at the booths and I was told to go get it, because they weren't going... Really ordinary.

My daughter loves the clothes from the Urban Kids store. The only downside was that there was no fitting room when we went and there is no refund possible. Store credit only. Luckily, all of our purchases fit.

Worst store ever, it must have 15 employees in the store, only one cashier, more than 40 minutes of waiting.... We don't dare during the holidays anyway... the employees instead of coming to help at the cash register, they are loitering on their cell phones, no way to get help last time, certain here, terrible.

You have to be careful at checkout because the prices displayed are not the sale prices. I bought 3 items their price is multiplied by 2 at checkout. the worst is when I want to return them a very nervous employee she doesn't know how to explain their return policy to me she was very rude to me.
