Hello, I went shopping at Urban Planet. I loved the choice of clothing offered for men as well as the service of the employees who are welcoming. An employee helped me with the sizes, because I was hesitating between two sizes. I would also like to point out that the store is very beautiful and well organized. I recommend this store without hesitation.

I love the store, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I made a purchase on Sunday May 12 in which the price they charged me was different from the label, I went and they returned the money without any problem, until then everything was normal, the problem was Monday when I checked my bank account and realized the money had not been returned but charged as a purchase again. For me the logical thing to do was to go and ask, which I did on Monday the 13th and as soon as I arrived the customer service was lousy, I waited in line to get my turn and ask but the cashier wouldn't let me know. did not let her speak and called someone else (this second person was the only one who had good service) and she called a third person who was the one who made the refund on Sunday who was too aggressive in his comments accusers, as if I were lying and wanted to take advantage of the situation. The boss came in and was on the phone, she wouldn't let me explain the situation, just told me to check at the bank and in a very rude way told them to give me the customer service number and continued talking on the cell phone. Is it so difficult to talk to a customer and offer an explanation in the best way possible, when I'm supposed to have been hired to do that? I don't believe it, yesterday just for asking I think I received the worst customer service since I've been in Quebec, a total disappointment. I recommend checking your bill before you go and trying to pay with cash so you don't have to ask customer service for help.
