It can be a busy place. A gas station, convenience store, with a butcher shop in the back. The gas prices are a few cents lower than their competitors, but the convenience store items can be a little pricier. It's also quite clutered.

Very nice convenience store and butcher shop, very good quality meat, prepared meals

Everything is good there from the butcher to the ice cream. I grew up going there forever and I have never been disappointed with anything. And gas has always been cheaper there than elsewhere in town.
