“Storagemart at 399 Jacquard street, Quebec cuty are Very unprofessional, i payed for my place during weekends then their employee forgot to put my password into system, when i come with my furniture, i wasn’t able to access my storage,the phone number they put on their website saying is 24/7 customer service nobody answered it, i had to pay a van owner for 2 days to keep my furniture inside that van.”
