I claimed to have been well served. Contacted last March for a battery replacement on Iphone 6 which was functional and following the battery change nothing works. I am told that the motherboard is at fault and I am sold an Iphone 8 for 269.03 TTI. I am recovering my old Iphone 6 which I am giving to my daughter who lives in France and who manages to have it repaired in France (Screen and battery replaced) for 80 Eur TTI and which is fully functional. This supplier is over for me

Contrary to what Google and the Mobile Klinik franchise claim, the Place Laurier branch refuses to act as a Google authorized repairer and to make their claim directly. So the employee referred me to the Galeries de la Capitale branch. Perfect waste of time. And the employee evacuated in the other notices, he is still there... evacuated....

Good morning,I would have liked to give 0 stars to express my disappointment with an employee who operates in this store. I left on Sunday April 16 to change the screen film on my phone, the employee treated me pitifully and even spoke to me unkindly. Instead of explaining to me how it works, he started shouting at me, I tried to explain to him that the film was misplaced with you the first time but his only concern was paying again. I tried to contact the store manager but this employee refused. All this to tell you that customer service should remain a major concern. THANKS

Unmotivated employee, texts in front of customers, doesn't care if anyone talks to him. Not able to have answers to our questions, not able to know when the part to repair my phone will be ready. No jokes, a real waste of time. GO ELSEWHERE.

Service completely absent, I go there to change a battery that has swollen in a cell phone. The technician / I don't know what, completely slumped on a chair, gets out of it while I wait at the counter. Barely an audible hello and I present to him my problem which seems to annoy him to the highest degree by yawning in front of me. My device is open due to the swollen battery and he just flips it in his hands blankly. He told me that the battery would have to be changed and that the cost would be $100. Might as well buy a new cell phone tell me. I ask him three times if he wants to open the panel of my cell phone since I wanted to see my battery. My spouse asks him a question and he does not even answer, he seems much more interested in the discussion of one of his colleagues with another client. I took my things and ran from the place. I will never leave one of my devices to these people. I don't know what's going on in this shop, but for the past 6 to 9 months the comments have been increasingly negative. I do NOT recommend this place.

wow! Human service, professional, understanding, patient, determined, positive... and so on! I called one morning after being referred by Telus, to make an appointment. I came home with a non-functional cell phone (no display). And I came out, with the same phone, which came back functional! Even after the technician's diagnosis, he remained relentless and meticulous until it worked. They give us the right time (the right information) and do the work in front of us, zero surprises. The team is super friendly and they always have a smile. When you enter the shop, it's a real shop. It really gives a feeling of: "We fix mobile devices here!". This is the right place. I mean, this is THE place. Many thanks!

Amazing experience with a Klinik full of specials. A team that listens and surprises. We went there for Black Friday I bought an iphone 11 there for 0 dol and a crazy 20gig package for 30 dol. I don't have a good experience there. I explained to an employee the problem I have with my cell phone. I feel like he's calling me stupid by "questioning" or "guessing" what the real problem with my cell phone is. He concludes the reason why my cell phone was not working and therefore it did not need to be repaired although my explanations do not correspond to his conclusion. I wasn't quite sure, but I waited a few days later anyway. Unfortunately, my cell phone still had the same problem. I had to go to another repair place to fix it. My cell phone is now working fine.

We went to buy two cell phones. The packages from this store are very interesting. Additionally, we had very good service. We will definitely return.The only thing to improve is that when we want an Android, the seller should not put pressure on us to buy an Apple instead ?.
