Call made today for keys forgotten in the car. They don't give me deadlines over the phone. So I hang up and wait and wait, telling myself that they are in the juice. After 1 hour my partner called a taxi for $20 less, he arrived 5 minutes after our call. When we called Larouche to cancel, we were told that we had to call back to confirm!! Um sorry? If I call for the first time it's because I need it. On the first call, no one mentioned that we had to confirm, no text message received from the trailer to mention that he was waiting for a return... Funny policy, you haven't made a new customer, I guarantee it.

Yesterday evening (June 17, 2024) around 10:15 p.m., in the Cartier de Val-Bélair. I had my first tow in my life... I want to say that the young man with these cowboy boots in his twenties, WOWWW you are sick! You were quick and efficient, you even made me a little joke hehe it was very funny ? If I have a towing service they recommended Larouche Remorquage Inc which I will employ.

Today, April 17, 2024 at 4:30 p.m., I needed a trailer because my car had a flat tire. I got a text to let me know he would be there in 38 minutes, so it was perfect for my turnaround time, and he called me 10 minutes later to tell me he had arrived . I told him I'd be there in 10 minutes because the text said 38 minutes, and he left. I called to file a complaint, but no one ever wanted to transfer me to the right person. Honestly, I have never received such poor service in my entire life. Very disappointing, both for the tugboat and for the receptionist who never wanted to transfer me.
Errors:
1. “it was” -> “it was” (bad conjugation)
2. “he has me” -> “he has me” (incorrect use of the verb “have”)
3. “arrive” -> “arrived” (agreement with the subject “he”)
4. “I told him” -> “I told him” (misconjugation)
5. “mentionait” -> “mentionait” (concordance of tenses)
6. “I called” -> “I called” (misconjugation)
7. “disappointing” -> “disappointing” (spelling)
8. "as much for the tugboat as for the receptionist" -> "as much for the tugboat as for the receptionist" (missing preposition)
