Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit seulement et c'est bien assez ! Les chambres sont bien mais l'air climatiser est un enfer ! Nous voulions mettre le chauffage puisque la chambre était froide et rien ! Seulement de l'air climatisée ! Nous avons gelé toute la nuit avec de petit drap et une mince couverte. Le service était super et le reste, mais s.v.p. réparer vos climatisation. Merci.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. Very close to the Normandin restaurant. Lots of other restaurants around. Close to everything in Quebec. Clean, new and not too expensive.
Rooms: Clean, enough towels. Quality service and helpfulness and politeness of the staff.

Great 3 night stay at this hotel. Very clean room, well equipped and very comfortable. Cozy beds. Very welcoming and friendly staff. During my stays in Quebec, this will undoubtedly be my home base.
And I appreciated having a place to smoke, especially the shelter when it rained.
Rooms: Very clean room, well equipped and very comfortable. Cozy beds.
Nearby activities: Near Old Quebec, the games room, bingo and Montmorency Falls.
Safety: Staff on site 24 hours a day, good evening lighting outside and inside. I also appreciated that the hotel was a little set back from Boulevard Ste-Anne.
Walkability: Very good facility.

I just called *Saturday evening* the guy at the reception told me that the reservations are on Monday only...?
I ask him if it is possible to have the price of a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed and he tells me to call back on Monday... Honestly... A nice Zero that one!
Rooms: I want to book well I have to wait until Monday to do so....
Nearby activities: July 12, 2024 Cartier de Lune show $15 entry near the hotel!!
Noteworthy details: No information when I wanted to make a reservation. The receptionist told me to call back and ask my questions on Monday... wowww... pisses me off, that's unbelievable!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at N Hotel. I reserved it through Expedia and the check-in was very smooth. The front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable throughout my stay of five nights. They were helpful when I had cell phone issues. There is plenty of parking, the rooms were very clean, quiet, plenty big and refreshed daily, on-site laundry. The location is wonderful just about 8 minutes drive north of downtown with restaurants and businesses within walking distance. The related restaurant next door is very good and discounts are offered for breakfast. There are other options within walking distance. Lots of bike trails nearby too and storage is available for bikes. It is also a very short driving distance to Isle d’Orleans and Ste Anne de Beaupré. All the staff were very friendly, smiling and cheerful. I tried my French and everyone was very gracious to speak back to me in French. A very positive experience, I would highly recommend it and I hope to be a guest there again. Merci beaucoup!

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. We go there every year in June and the service is always impeccable, whether at the reception or the room staff. It's very clean and the beds are more than adequate. The outdoor terrace is pleasant and the hotel is located close to all tourist attractions.

Excellent stay..!
The hotel is highly recommended for short or long stays, the staff was very Cooperative and helpful, rooms were well maintained and clean including washrooms, enough towels and other supplies were provided.
The environment inside and outside was quiet, enough parking space (you don’t have to worry about standing and waiting to find a space).
The distance to place to scenic view in downtown is few minutes away. Also there is small trail within walking distance.
The cafe is open 24hrs and free for everyone. Unlimited juice is provided during breakfast hours.
Even if you want eat from outside hotel, the tim, subway and McD are just opposite to the street.
Noteworthy was that whatever was seen in the picture while booking, I got the same room (I am saying this because I know some places have huge differences in what they show and finally in what we get)
Definitely recommended and I can stay again for my next trip.
