We stayed there for three days. The view from the 21st floor was great, very beautiful view of the castle.
We had a lot to go out each day, so parking quickly became a headache given the capacity.
The pool and spa are beautiful and heated to perfection, but the pool is very dirty. I thought I stepped on a spot at the bottom, but it was a pile of trash gathered together at the bottom.
The hotel is close to everything and we opted for it first, but the value for money was a little disappointing compared to other nearby hotels. All in all, we weren't impressed, but we had a perfectly good time there...
Rooms: We had to move the couch forward because our son rolled a toy on it... we found a ton of dust, a makeup brush and the mouth of a wine bottle... the room lacked a lot of love, I think he There is a lot of room for renovation that should be considered. Lots of visible damage in the room.
A + for the heated toilet light, but a big minus for the rest.
Food and drinks: The restaurant at the entrance is very good, we ate there twice! A delight.

Super nice view, but room not soundproofed. (We can hear the conversations clearly, as if the wall was made of paper, weird)
OK for one night, but nothing more.

The housekeeper is the strong point of this hotel. She is friendly, helpful and does her best to make the room as comfortable as possible.
For the rest, I am very disappointed. We took a suite while waiting to get a nice room. We had a large room, but it was far from beautiful. The temperature is difficult to control, you either freeze or are too hot.
The view is nice.
The room is not really clean and it lacks a little love.
The quality/price ratio is not there. I find that charging for parking is exaggerated when the hotel has no other assets.

I do not recommend this hotel!!! Room not clean, old and in need of renovation. Service leaves something to be desired. I stayed just one night for work and was very disappointed. When we arrive I want to change the number of people per room because there are people who did not come and I was charged extra for this. At the reception, they tell me that even if they change the number of people per room it costs me the same price and that it's not true that they charged me more for the other people even if I show them my reservation email. I talked to two different people and in the end, I gave up due to their closed-mindedness. Then, when you enter the room, the heating is at the back, it must be 30 degrees in the room because someone had put the heating on at the back. The supplies (armchairs, headboard, furniture) are old and very worn. There is mold in the bath/shower. When we take our shower, water accumulates at the bottom because the drain is semi-clogged. Air conditioning/heating is filled with dust and waste. One of the spas is defective and the other is disgusting and has a bad smell. I am extremely disappointed with this stay and I would never return or advise anyone to go there and so would my colleagues!!!! The one and only positive point is the location of the hotel.

Rooms: Its ok. Need renovations to improve the bathrooms and the decoration could step in the new millenium
Nearby activities: Restaurants and bars are accessible by walk

Do Not Bring Your Parent or Elderly to stay in this Hotel‼️It was a torture experience ‼️ This is my second time visited and will be my last. I was traveling with my elderly parents, 70 years old. We arrived at the hotel to find outdated facilities, and the room we were given had no hot water for showers. After 2 hours of negotiations, they place us in an even older room in which the bathtub drain was clogged. By that point, it was already 11 p.m., and we were too exhausted, so we decided stayed in that room for the night.
The next morning, I approached to front desk to explain the situation. The staff informed me that the manager would not be available until 10 or 11 a.m. We waited for hours, when the manager finally arrived, we were given a different room where everything was FINALLY functioning normally.
It seems that the hotel management is only interested in profiting from tourists and lacks the self-awareness to meet basic service standards expected of a three-star hotel. Guests are allowed to stay in rooms with no hot water, clogged drains, and even leaking ceilings. As travelers, we had to put up with an unsatisfactory room late at night because the alternative would have been to stay on the streets.

French will follow.
------
I normally only review when something's disappointed me or surprised me.
Both restaurant and it's location is what this hotel has.
Unlike other reviews, the room seemed clean.
I have three complaints though...
1- We may be in October when it sometimes cold and sometimes hot, I would expect the room to be in a good temperature... It was cold.
2- Had a hard time getting hot water for the shower.
3- I asked the front desk question about the pool, the lady seemed clueless about the inner working of the hotel.
Doubt ill come back.

I would say that what attracts people to this hotel is the location and its restaurants. That’s great strength.
And unlike other reviews, I did not notice that the room was dirty or poorly maintained.
On the other hand, 3 points to complain about:
1- It’s October. Summer is slow to end and the cold is coming. My expectation is that the room is at the right temperature... It was cold.
2- I had trouble getting hot water for a shower?!
3- I asked questions about the pool at reception, the lady seemed not to know how the hotel works.
If I stay in Quebec again, I will probably take another hotel.
What I was looking for was a unique experience, the restaurants did not disappoint me.

Very well located on a large alley close to everything, the rooms are very large and clean, superb view of old Quebec but everything is not up to date, very worn furniture, toilets to be redone

The room is a zero star hotel, but the price is right and the location is excellent.
Rooms: Needs renovation!

Rooms are not very clean, washrooms are not clean.
If they tell you to go park your car in basement and you have suv or pickup truck don’t even try to go in.
No water bottles in room.
Receptionist doesn’t pickup your calls

Location is great, but the room needs serious renovation. Great view towards the river and the city from the room. The catch is that there were bugs - possibly bed bugs, I cannot be sure - in my bed. Cannot recommend.

Unfortunately, this hotel is quickly becoming a 2 star hotel. The Ciel-le-Bistro restaurant and the Le Cochon Dingue restaurant are great (not cheap, but a great experience). The location is wonderful but the rooms really need an overhaul. I spoke with the staff about the poor state of the rooms and the employee told me that the rooms were all in bad condition. Another client said they had had a sleepless night because of paper thin walls and rowdy neighbours. The staff 'apologized' but had zero solutions. The phone in my room did not work. I asked (in person) for a wake-up call which never came. The hotel advertises clock radios in each room. There was none in my room. The wi-fi was fine. The headboards were severely torn. There was mold in the washroom.
Rooms: The rooms are in serious need of repair.
Nearby activities: Lots of stuff going on. The Halloween activities on the Plains of Abraham were a nice surprise!
Safety: The area is quite safe.
Walkability: You can easily walk in the Old City from the Concorde.
Food and drinks: The food in both restaurants was great!

Dirty table. Traces of we-don’t-really-know-what on the sofa. Mold in the bathroom. Noisy people wandering the corridors when the bars close... For $260 + taxes, Hotel Concorde, you can do better! Otherwise, the location is excellent and the view is beautiful.
