About Crossfit Sainte-Foy

CrossFit Sainte-Foy is considered the best CrossFit on Quebec's north shore. It is a very well-equipped box with excellent, professional, and attentive coaching. The atmosphere is described as great, extraordinary, perfect, and super welcoming, with encouraging members and very pleasant staff. It is recommended for everyone, particularly to beginners, as there is no pressure—only the right effort in the pleasure of doing sport. Its proximity to CEGEP and university is a big plus. Many members happily recommend it.

    Best crossfit on the north shore of Quebec, the atmosphere is great and the members are super welcoming. Very professional coach and owner I recommend. Proximity to CEGEP and university is a big plus
