Never an answer on the phone at this bank, it is always redirected to a voicemail. Never answered the CIBC MasterCard phone either. I have been waiting for a Costco MasterCard replacement since October 2023 and the request has been made 2 times since then!!!!!!! and haven't received it yet. What's more, we are now in January 2024!!!! They answer nonsense every time I manage to contact someone and when I go to the branch, they only tell me to wait for my card without even checking the current status because the first request had not even been processed!!!
