Excellent service and personalized advice from the owner Alexandre. He took the time with me to let me try the different models, explaining the differences to me and taking into account my specific needs. Impeccable and meticulous delivery service. The delivery men themselves offered to remove their shoes to protect my floors and were very careful not to damage anything. Extremely satisfied from start to finish.

I received excellent service and good personalized advice from the owner. I have my new Tempur pro Line with a pillow from the same line and I already feel a difference in my body after 2 sleeps. If it hadn't been for his excellent offer, I would never have been able to afford such a good quality mattress. I have several physical concerns, Alexandre was compassionate to my situation, both physical and monetary. Thank you so much. Looking forward to seeing the longer term effects ?

Il y a 1 an , nous avons acheté un matelas de marque Tempur-Pedic avec base de lit électrique et comme nous avont été satisfait et réglé un problème de cou, nous recommandons cette entreprise et surtout le service à la clientèle de Alexandre, le proprio et ses livreurs. Achetez dans un commerce local comme Matelas Prégent, c'est d'encourager l'entrepreneurship québécois ! Bravo

I bought a $1K mattress, still not low-end, and it is less comfortable than the 20 year old mattress that I replaced. It's not even flat, the center has an indentation that causes a hollow, and I'm 135 lbs. I climb straight from the center to get up, and I've had it for barely 3 months.The merchant does not take returns, which is an industry standard, and gave me the only options to buy another model 2x more expensive, or another 2.5x more expensive, which after the discomfort of the first mattress, although not a discount model, is frankly insulting.So I find myself with a new mattress, but frankly good for the trash, while most of the equivalent mattresses from other stores are in the $500-600 range. Having known I would have kept my old mattress just in case, I am nostalgic for it, and my back even more so.The site doesn't display any prices, it's already suspicious. I am limited with health issues so a family member made the purchase for me, I would never have considered this store otherwise. I didn't know a new mattress could be uncomfortable, I've actually never slept on an uncomfortable mattress before this one. Not good, too expensive, bad combination.Very disappointing. Go look elsewhere.Update on the throw-away new mattress: the manufacturer, Sealy, has no problem with a new mattress breaking more than an inch in 3 months because it's not 1 .5 in. Even if the indentation is deep enough to make an uncomfortable slope. Very poorly made, and not right for ripping in the middle. The foam on top is terrible, not dense at all.So it looks like I'm stuck with a $1K new mattress that's good to throw in the trash because no one takes responsibility.(Modified in the original: finally I weigh 135 lbs...)

If you live in an RPA you must do business with the Matelas Prégent team. From purchase to delivery the experience was perfect.
