Good morning ,
I am really disappointed with your recruitment service.
Myself a citizen of the West Island and teacher in recruitment training, I referred 3 people with experience in order preparation and general hardware who were looking for full-time employment for the jobs posted at Hommedépot as order preparer day and night order and other positions for employment in this Homedépot Pointe claire, but I was in shock to know that the recruitment agent of this Homedépot Ms. Sourekha Jugurnath who does the interviews via telephone did not speak French and/or or did not understand French, she could not do a complete interview, she devoted 2 minutes of her time to listen to each candidate (first and last name) and afterwards she said we will answer you if you are accepted or not. 5 minutes later, an automatic response was sent by email to these people to say that their application was not accepted. These people did not have fair treatment according to the charter of human rights and the values of Homedépot, and their application was rejected because the recruitment agent does not understand French and/or did not speak French well. French, and she didn't even ask any job-related questions. This store always complains about understaffing, but they are not recruiting, poor service.
I do not recommend this Homedépot Pointe claire store nor their recruitment service by Ms. Sourekha Jugurnath.

11/4/2024 Calling the Appliance dept . Our old fridge stop working and the delivery of our new one is in 14 days .Try to reach some one at the appliance .I have been waiting on the phone 1hr and 26 min and still no one to be reach .

You can call a million times and wait on the line for hours, no one will pick up a phone to assisst you....oh yeah , you wait 30 minutes so they just hang up the line.

Exceptional Service from Carlos at Home Depot Pointe-Claire!
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Home Depot in Pointe-Claire, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from the manager, Carlos.
From the moment I walked in, Carlos was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist me with finding the products I needed, and he even took the time to demonstrate how to use them properly. His knowledge and expertise were truly impressive.
What really stood out to me was Carlos's professionalism and understanding. He was patient and accommodating, and he made me feel like a valued customer. He truly embodies the spirit of excellent leadership by going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend the Home Depot in Pointe-Claire, and I especially encourage you to seek out Carlos if you need any assistance. He is a true asset to the store and a shining example of outstanding customer service.

Nice store but staff shortage. I went in to buy an upright freezer. I couldn't find anyone to complete the transaction. I left empty-handed. I bought from Brick!

I’d like to give a huge thank you to seasonal employee Keyshawn for helping me find the mold control products when my house flooded. It devastated my basement and I was sleeping in the garage for weeks. Thanks to Keyshawn I can now sleep safely in my bedroom. He went around the store getting the products for the mold and took them to the front for me. Amazing customer service from an amazing employee.
