ENGLISH FOLLOW!!!Extremely disappointing experience with the Swatch store at Fairview Shopping Centre.I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and customer service experience at the Swatch store at Fairview Shopping Center. A month ago I bought a watch in this store. When purchasing, the seller assured me with absolute certainty that the watch was covered by an unconditional warranty, including for issues such as scratches, screen breakage or wear of the strap.Much to my dismay, within less than a month the watch face became severely scratched to the point that it was difficult to tell the time. Believing the seller's words, I returned to the store with my warranty card, only to face complete disrespect and denial of any help. The staff flatly refused to honor the warranty and ignored my concerns without any proper justification.This experience not only caused me inconvenience, but also made me question Swatch's integrity and customer service standards. I feel deceived by the false promises made at the time of sale and am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility demonstrated by the store staff. Disappointed by Swatch's Choice of Inexperienced Representatives and Poor Customer Support.I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with Swatch for entrusting their representation to individuals who seem completely inexperienced in business and customer support. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like Swatch not maintaining the standard of customer service that one would expect.During my recent visit to a Swatch store, I encountered numerous issues that highlight a lack of training and professionalism. The staff seemed uninformed about their products and the store's policies, particularly regarding warranty and customer service protocols.What was more upsetting was the dismissive and unhelpful attitude when faced with genuine customer concerns. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist is not what one expects from a brand of Swatch's caliber.This experience has not only affected my perception of Swatch as a brand but also makes me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. Je suis entré dans le magasin pour un renseignement. Tout de suite, une personne est venue à ma rencontre et a répondu à toutes mes questions. J'ai finalement du changer mon bracelet et comme il n'y avait personne dans le magasin, les trois vendeurs s'occupaient de moi. Toujours le sourire. Service impeccable comme beaucoup de magasins devraient s'inspirer! Merci à vous.

The snoopy swatch designs are so cute! Learned one thing today that they would change the swatch batteries for free in the life time! Many cool design from cartoon themes to elegant design. Friendly and helpful staffs.

I visited the store recently just randomly because the DBZ collection caught my eye. All their watches actually turned out to be all so unique and beautifully designed. One of the managers helped me out I think their name was MJ and he was super helpful and friendly. I was indecisive but there was no pressure I’m definitely coming back to purchase something from Swatch with their help and knowledge. I was just impressed because I later found out they were still new to the store, yet they were so knowledgeable on the whole inventory already! Great store

My husband and I went there a couple days ago and the service there was amazing. We were served by pjay a very helpful and caring young man who helped my husband chose out a watch. He provided excellent customer service and i will most definitely be shopping here again!! although my husband might not have been the easiest client to deal with pjay had an exceptional amount of patience and helped my husband find a watch he genuinely likes. He alsoadviced us on some of their many services such as how they do free battery changes. He was very genuine and he really tried to cater to all of our needs, I hope to see him on my next visit. The entire staff seemed to have such a good connection with each other, they were all very inviting and i highly recommend going here for not only the workers but also for their amazing selection!!
