I had bad experience with the store at Fairview. If I can give zero stars I would. I got a gift for Christmas from a client and it did not fit my hand, I went to the store to return it with the gift receipt, they refused forcing me to get a gift card from the store and the manager was very rude when I told her I can not ask the client to come back to the store with her card to return the gift. I had the same situation at winners and they retuned the coat, I got it as a gift with a gift receipt as well. Very bad customer service. My advise is to NEVER buy anything with a gift receipt from them. BYEEEE.

Doing some early Christmas shopping!!! Decided to stop by Swarovski at Fairview Mall!The place is very clean .. they vet you first before walking in the store !The girl took great care of me! She was so attentive to my needs ! There was a wide selection of beautiful jewelry from necklaces to bracelets to earrings you named it they had it of course they all came with beautiful crystals.I made my choice thanks to the young lady and everything was taken care of meaning they even gift wrapped it and put it in a nice fancy bag !Pricing was very reasonable and totally recommend!Overall.. A1 service, great jewelry for a perfect gift!Cheers
