The management (and their policies) at this specific store are so weird and unprofessional. They come up with things I've never heard or seen at a store other than this one. For example, they refused to process a refund on a visa debit for an online purchase EVEN THOUGH the website CLEARLY states that only PAYPAL cannot be refunded. Another time, they refused to process a refund on a credit card for an online purchase because the original card was lost and replaced with a new one.

The custom service here is so good and they always respect and take their time to help the customers with whatever they need. The clothes here are fantastic and outstandingly incredible. I really appreciate everything about Suzy. Thank you for putting your hard work into it.

I went today to buy a gift (a perfume and a set of rings). I asked the lady at the cash for a gift receipt. She answered: "sure". After paying, I asked her for the gift receipt. She said she can't do one since these "new collection" items are final sale!!!!!!No sign is mentioning that they are final sale items. I was not informed before payment that they are final sale items.When I asked her to return the items, she refused!!! I am still at thecounter, inside the store. At the end when I insisted, she finally returned them.For me, it's the first and last time in this particular store.

I did an order online.. payed with paypal .. one of the items was small so went to the store to return it... was shocked that i can not return it and have to do the return label ...while doing that u pay 5 $ fee to be able to retun ur item... definitely rethink before ordering online ... this is not acceptable and was not disclosed while ordering
