Very bad experience, no customer service at all , payed a sectional sofa in full amount and later they tell extra 50$ to deliver otherwise they will deliver at door and leave ?. They don’t know anything about sales, sales people told the sofa is sectional and in 3 pieces but in real it was 2 pieces. The delivery guy didn’t make any effort to deliver in but took pictures of one door and picked back delivery. ?. Got my refund but not the non delivery fee . Do not buy there anything they just scam me and customer

Best way to put this is, this brand is known for the quality of product but precisely not for quality of customer service. I was browsing around the store there were 4 women working in that store. 2 of them were on the cash helping other customers. rest two were on their tabs. Nobody even looked up to see if I ( a customer) needed help with anything. I walked up to one of them on the cash asking for help. She walked me towards couple of couches and that's it. She didn't even answered my questions properly as if I'm no one. I tried to show her on my phone what I was looking for. But she just took a peek, said no we don't have it, and started walking back to her cash register. I was like at least listen to me properly. She was very rude. I felt like I was... Nevermind. I don't want to use that word. Anyway. Worst experience ever in this store. Would never go to this store again.

Be careful when you buy something, if the piece is missing you need to keep the box to return it, they are bunch of unaccountable and irresponsible people who know nothing of customer service and only crave more their money.

Pfff the people who work there have no idea what they're doing... it's ridiculous... they'd say they're doing it on purpose to hire the most incompetent people possible for themselves, you buy online or elsewhere... a strategy behind all that c certain. (buy online and closed the premises)...at worst just closed you will lose fewer customers...people come in and out as quickly as in a convenience store...c terrible you ask the colors of a sofa and they tell you that it doesn't come from a chair??? I tell you it's like the madhouse in Asterix...

Our experience with Structube was a NIGHTMARE. After ordering a chair in July, we were told October as the shipping date, then mid-January, and now the end of February, without any notification from them. We had to constantly follow up with them, chasing non-existent responses.Their customer service leaves something to be desired, failing to warn of delays and offering little help. Instead of resolving the issues, they repeatedly tried to push us to change our order to more expensive items.This aggressive insistence on expensive options, combined with their inefficiency and lack of communication, raises serious doubts about their professionalism. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for reliable service and a pleasant shopping experience.

Below average customer service
1. The cleric left me to talk another customer for no reason
2. I asked if I can sign up online they said no you can't.
After I left the shop I found out I could sign up online to receive all available offers, and get a 100$ voucher, which I didn't get.

I bought a floor model desk. It had to be disassembled for delivery. When I opened the box, I found the pieces so well packaged that I thought that they made a mistake and sent me a factory boxed desk. I’m very impressed.

Awful after sales service in the pointe claire store. Was told I could not return merchandise because they dont have space in the back. This was from the manager.

Terrible customer service when trying to resolve any challenge and returns; you cannot return a purchased item to the store closest to you, no, you have all the way across the city because they have warehousing issues… be aware.. I was really disappointed with that level of service and such policies for a company of that size… so unfortunate

Be aware that you CANNOT purchase anything is store. You need to wait for them to deliver to the store and you have to pick it up then.Worst: if you order online, for delivery you need to be available from 7AM to 10PM if not they charge you a second time for delivery at $299. Ridiculous. Cancelled my orders.Customer service was bad. They were reading me a script. Poor them. Cannot do anything.

Absolute terrible customer service. I went to return an item that consisted of two tiny boxes and they didn’t want to take the return and told me I had to go back to the store I bought it from due to “space issues”?!?! What does that even mean. Both employees working in the front (one was a lady with curly hair, and one was a man) didn’t even budge to help me. They lied that they went to check if they had space lol… total nonsense. And the best part is the store was completely empty and these employees were sitting on their phones doing nothing. @structube you hire great employees haha.. ridiculous..
