I purchased a 2019 RAV4 from this dealership about four months ago, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. When I bought the vehicle, I was told the brakes were more than 50%, and I’ve only driven it 500km since. However, the brakes were making excessive noise, and when I called the dealership, I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to replace the brakes myself. I had to spend almost $1100 for the same.
During the sale, they included a set of winter tires as part of the deal, which sounded great at the time. I left the tires in their packaging, but when I went to a tire shop to get them put on, I was informed that they were the wrong size. I went back to the dealership last Saturday to resolve this, but after a 3-hour wait, the manager told me my only options were to buy new rims or drive with summer tires in winter. Can you even imagine such a thing from a car dealer. The customer service tone changed drastically once the deal was done, and there was zero willingness to address these issues.
After reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s experienced hidden issues and lack of customer support. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value transparency and genuine customer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m reporting this to the authorities.

I spoke with Edward. Made an appointment for a test drive. The pictures of the car online were good. Edward said the vehicle was not in any accidents. When he brought the vehicle out there was a massive dent on the door with scratches on the plastic moulding. He then continued to try to convince me that it was not an accident.
This dealership is not trustworthy. Be aware.

Used vehicle Buyers beware total scam there all bunch lies and cons .be very very careful there make sure if your buying a 25.000 dollar vehicle or higher that you get papers of certification and check very closely papers for inspection

30 min to try to make an appointment on the phone, very poorly organized and agent knows nothing. So it doesn't make me want to come to this dealership.

Be prepared to wait two hours and then they’ll tell you it’s another hour and then another. In total, about 4+ hours waiting for service with an appointment—and this has happened to me twice. On top of that, you’ll always leave with extra charges on your bill than anticipated. I came this final time because the warning on my dash said to see the dealership, but even that isn’t true! Save yourself precious time and money by finding a trustworthy mechanic.

Suite à notre visite chez ce concessionnaire, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service que nous avons obtenu chez ce concessionnaire et en particulier du conseiller Ahmed Hassan dont le professionnalisme est à souligner. Même si nous n'avons pas opté pour un Toyota, n'empêche que je recommande fortement ce concessionnaire pour votre prochain achat!
